3. User Accounts

To buy or sell on GoBuyorSell you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors on GoBuyorSell are responsible for:

• Ensuring their products are accurately described
• Delivering products to buyers within the agreed timeframe
• Maintaining sufficient stock of listed products
• Handling customer complaints professionally
• Complying with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers on GoBuyorSell are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information
• Making payment promptly after placing an order
• Inspecting goods upon delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours
• Using the platform in good faith

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on GoBuyorSell:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Weapons and ammunition
• Pornographic or adult content
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Any item prohibited by Nigerian law

7. Payments

All transactions on GoBuyorSell are processed through secure payment gateways including Paystack and Flutterwave. GoBuyorSell does not store your payment card details. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GoBuyorSell including logos, images, text and software is the property of GoBuyorSell or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
